My love affair with food started from the time I could walk, with my mother taking me to farms and farmers' markets long before it was chic. These countless hours spent with my mother instilled a deep love of cooking; priming me for a life lived through food, travel and culture. This deep love for world travel and culture has drawn me to places far and wide, from my first trip to France, to the mountains of Northern Thailand and Laos, to the islands of the Caribbean to the many miles logged across Mexico and Ecuador in search of fascinating markets, farms, chefs, and of course cuisines.
